The Core 4 Individualized

Anchor Tag

I like to call it “the” Core 4, but if I was to be entirely accurate, I’d call it “your” Core 4. That’s because your body is not the same as anyone else’s body, so the basic building blocks of the Core 4 should be tailored for your individual needs. Or your child’s, that of your significant other, or your parent’s.

Blood Sugar Regulation

Your fish oil might be weighted to prevent neuropathy (nerve malfunctions); your multi-vitamin might have some herbs to promoted stable glucose levels; and your probiotic might also contain enzymes to help with digestion.

Preventing Bone Loss

Your fish oil  should be weighted to support healthy muscles and blood flow; your multi-vitamin should be a small-dose daily; your Vitamin D might also have calcium and Vitamin K; and your probiotic should have enzymes that help you digest minerals.

Teenagers

All the ingredients in the Core 4 for a teenager are likely to be geared toward clearer skin, lowering the effects of stress and the hormonal changes they are experiencing, and supporting their immune health.

Stabilizing Immune Health

Your fish oil should support overall cellular health; your multi-vitamin should contain immune-boosting herbs; your Vitamin D might be in liquid form; and your probiotics might also contain prebiotics.

As I said at the beginning, the right Core 4 is different for everyone, and even in the broad categories I have used as examples here, age, sex, physical activity, and overall health can make a difference in what might be best for you.

That’s why it’s important to come see me at Medicine World, and for you to let me help you get just the right Core 4 for you any member of your family. It doesn’t cost you any more to get it right at Medicine World, and I am happy to help.
