Set a Mood With Aromatherapy

Have you ever been attracted to something or someone without really knowing why? Well, your nose knows.

Scent is the highest intelligence of the living world - our very survival depends upon it. Without scent for all living creatures, there would be starvation, loneliness, and a void of procreation and proliferation.

Humans have been manipulating scents for thousands of years, giving nature a helping hand to send signals how, when and where we want, inducing desire for everything from other people to popcorn.

Scent can also be used to set, or change, a mood. We call this manipulation of scent aromatherapy. Though it can be used to induce pretty much any mood desired, aromatherapy is most-often used to invigorate and brighten mood, or as a calming or relaxing influence.

You can put any mood into the air with aromatherapy, and this month, I am sharing a blend that can bring Spring into any space, whether your office, the foyer and hallways of your home, or even at your dinner table. Click here, and you will be able to read and then download it for future use.

I’ll have more of these for you in the coming months. Included in the recipes are short notes about the properties each ingredient is intended to impart, and suggestions about how best to use them. Enjoy, and think Spring!
